Hwy 99, Stockton - UST Install Deficiencies <br />Good afternoon, <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the underground storage tank <br />installation application for 2510 S. Hwy 99, Stockton (SR0081541). Please provide the following additional <br />information and address the following comments: <br />1) Page 3 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit: Contractor information and <br />Fire Permit information were not included. <br />2) Pages 4-8 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit were left blank. <br />3) Provide current contractor's training certifications for installation and testing of all proposed UST <br />equipment/components. <br />4) Provide manufacturer's cut sheets for all proposed UST system components. <br />5) Provide tank charts for the tanks being used. <br />6) Submit a work plan for enhanced leak detection (ELD) testing, to be conducted by a properly licensed <br />individual. <br />7) Provide a diagram identifying the vacuum zones that will be used for piping monitoring. <br />8) Provide line length information for verifying line leak detector compatibility. <br />9) Provide a drawing indicating the locations of all water wells, septic systems, and storm drains. <br />10) Provide completed UPCF Underground Storage Tanks — Facility form (A) and UPCF Underground <br />Storage Tanks (B) — Tank (one form per tank). <br />Please let me know if you have any questions. <br />Thank you, <br />Stacy Rivera <br />Lead Sr. Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />1868 E.
