O. Box 388
Stockton, CA 95201-0388
Dear Ms. Oz:
Re: Forward Inc. Transfer Station (UP-91-12)
Pursuant to your request, this letter is to document compliance of
the proposed Forward Inc. Transfer Station with the San Joaquin
County General Plan. When the San Joaquin County Planning
Commission approved the Use Permit for this facility on September
16, 1993 , they adopted several findings, one of which is that the
proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards, and
maps of the General Plan. In their motion to approve the Use
Permit, the Commission made the finding of General Plan consistency
in the affirmative. Enclosed are copies of the approval letter,
the minutes of the Planning Commission, and the proposed findings
contained in the staff report which were ultimately adopted by the
Commission.
Should you have any questions or need any additional information,
you may contact me at (209) 468-3140.
Sincerely,
(
KERRY ULLIVAN
Senior Planner
KS/blm
cc: Greg Basso, Forward Inc.
Chandler Martin
Tom Walker
