<br /> RESCINDING VARIOUS WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS
<br /> AND
<br /> A WAIVER OF WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS
<br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board,Central Valley Region,finds that the Board adopted
<br /> the following Orders and Resolutions which are no longer applicable for the reasons shown:
<br /> a. Resolution No. 58-457, adopted 21 November 1958,prescribes requirements for E&B Natural
<br /> Resources Management Corporation(General Petroleum Corporation)and governs the disposal of
<br /> produced wastewater to unlined sumps at the California Lease (Sec.6,721 S, R15E, MDB&M)in the
<br /> Coalinga Oil Field,Fresno County. An inspection confirmed that there are no sumps on the lease.
<br /> b. Resolution No. 59-063, adopted 18 February 1959,prescribes requirements for Tannehill Oil
<br /> Company and g$overns the disposal of produced wastewater to unlined sumps at the Tannehill Lease
<br /> (Sec.34,T12N,R24W, SBB&M)in the Midway-Sunset Oil Field,Kenn County. An inspection
<br /> confirmed that all sumps used for the disposal of wastewater have been removed.
<br /> C. Resolution No.61-160, adopted 14 December 1961,prescribes requirements for Agey Petroleum
<br /> Company, and governs the disposal of produced wastewater to unlined sumps at the UCL Lease(Sec.
<br /> ,T17 , R19E, in the SE Burrel Oil Field,Fresno County. An inspection confirmed that
<br /> all sumps used for the disposal of wastewater have been removed.
<br /> d. Order No. 68-263,adopted 21 May 1958, prescribes requirements for M.H. Whittier Corporation
<br /> (McCullouch Oil Corp.)and governs the disposal of produced wastewater to unlined sumps at the
<br /> Hondo-Peerless Lease(Sec. 15,T31 S, R22E,MDB&M) in the Midway-Sunset Oil Field(formerly
<br /> Belridge Oil Fields),Kern County. An inspection confinned that all sumps used for the disposal of
<br /> wastewater have been removed.
<br /> e. Order No. 69-053,adopted 18 October 1969,prescribes requirements for M-K Development&
<br /> Investment Inc.,and governs the disposal of produced wastewater to unlined sumps at the Well 58-24
<br /> Lease(Sec. 24,T30S, R26E,MDB&M) in the Canfield Ranch Oil Field,Kern County. An
<br /> inspection confirmed that all sumps used for the disposal of wastewater have been removed.
<br /> f. Order No. 77-270,adopted 28 October 1977, prescribes requirements for the Getty Oil Company for
<br /> reclamation of treated wastewater from the City of Fresno Wastewater Treatment Facility(WWTF)on
<br /> 1,560 acres of land south of the WWTF in Fresno County. Reclamation on the subject acreage is now
<br /> regulated by Water Reclamation Requirements Order No. 94-369 for Golden State Vinters, the current
<br /> landowner.
<br /> g. Order No. 79-70,adopted 23 March 1979, prescribes requirements for Flintkote gravel plant,
<br /> Hughson, Stanislaus County,which is a gravel extraction and washing operation along the Tuolumne
<br /> River. The facility ceased operation several years ago when the quarry excavations were complete.
<br /> Western Stone Products is in the process of reclaiming the site to pre-excavation conditions.
<br /> h. Order No. 82-111,adopted 24 September, 1982,which prescribes requirements for a discharge of
<br /> domestic wastewater from a mobile home park,the Ville Berryessa Residents Association and Rick
