Deborah j Fagnani
24494 N Bruella Rd
Acampo Ca.95220.
Dear Kelsey Gunter
Re: Applications Numbers PA-2100251(DB)
PA-210025(MS)
I am writing here today in opposition to the application to vary the minimum parcel size. First of all this
is a very highly traveled intersection where the subdivision is to take place. I have lived here for
approximately 45 years. In that time there have been many serious and deadly crashes at this
intersection. When I first purchased my place there was a 10 acre parcel minimum. The roads were
designed for that Traffic load. Then The Parcel size was cut in half to 5 acre parcels this could have
possibly doubled the Traffic load on these very small narrow country roads. When this was done
nothing was done to the roads to improve them for the larger traffic loads. Now we are considering
making exceptions to the 5 acre minimum. My Question is where do we stop lacre, 1/2acre,% acre ?
If we are to go below the 5 acre minimum we need to first to improve our already over used roads.
For this reason I oppose varying the minimum parcel size.
Yours truly Deborah Fagnani
