SHE OBSERVED HER ORDER SITTING IN <br /> KITCHEN WITH KITCHEN STAFF EATING IN KITCHEN. ONE EMPLOYEE WAS PREPARING FOOD WITHOUT <br /> GLOVES. BATHROOMS WERE DISGUSTING. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Manager is on site and states she may know what the complainant is referring to. <br /> Manager states that restrooms are cleaned daily(every morning). Restrooms are cleaned more frequently as needed. <br /> Upon investigation this date staff were not observed eating in the kitchen. Kitchen staff was wearing gloves and washing their <br /> hands as required.
