The <br />subject property is located at 15655 Mitchell Rd., Manteca, CA. The San Joaquin County <br />application number is PA -2100006 (VR). <br />The SSCR is a document specific to San Joaquin County that aims to identify sources, <br />both past and present, of on-site and/or off-site contamination affecting the Site. The San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) reviews the information <br />provided in this report as part of a land use application for the Site and may request action <br />to address any contamination identified. The SSCR is designed for this specific use by <br />the client and the SJCEHD. Bovee Environmental Management, Inc. prohibits the use of <br />the SSCR by any other parties or for any other purpose, including but not limited to making <br />business or health risk determinations. The client is encouraged, however, to seek further <br />information and take steps to remedy any contamination that may be present on the Site. <br />Per SJCEHD policy, this report is only valid for six months from its date of completion. <br />The land use application must also be submitted to San Joaquin County within six months <br />of the completion of this report for the SSCR to remain valid. <br />2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br />The Site is an 8.87 acre parcel of irrigated agricultural land located at 15655 Mitchell Rd., <br />Manteca, CA. It is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Mitchell Rd. and <br />E. Southland Rd. The Assessor Parcel Number is 218-060-01. The Site consists of an <br />irrigated almond orchard, a single-family residence, and a shop building.
