In the event of unauthorized reuse of the information contained herein by a third party, the third party shall hold the firm of Bovee Environmental Management, Inc. harmless and shall bear the cost of Bovee Environmental Management, Inc. legal fees associated with defending and enforcing these rights. 1.0 INTRODUCTION This Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) has been prepared by Bovee Environmental Management, Inc. at the request of Toni Raymus of Raymus Homes. The subject property is located at 15655 Mitchell Rd., Manteca, CA. The San Joaquin County application number is PA -2100006 (VR). The SSCR is a document specific to San Joaquin County that aims to identify sources, both past and present, of on-site and/or off-site contamination affecting the Site. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) reviews the information provided in this report as part of a land use application for the Site and may request action to address any contamination identified. The SSCR is designed for this specific use by the client and the SJCEHD. Bovee Environmental Management, Inc. prohibits the use of the SSCR by any other parties or for any other purpose, including but not limited to making business or health risk determinations. The client is encouraged, however, to seek further information and take steps to remedy any contamination that may be present on the Site. Per SJCEHD policy, this report is only valid for six months from its date of completion. The land use application must also be submitted to San Joaquin County within six months of the completion of this report for the SSCR to remain valid. 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION The Site is an 8.87 acre parcel of irrigated agricultural land located at 15655 Mitchell Rd., Manteca, CA. It is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Mitchell Rd. and E. Southland Rd. The Assessor Parcel Number is 218-060-01. The Site consists of an irrigated almond orchard, a single-family residence, and a shop building. The Site is currently irrigated via a South San Joaquin Irrigation District (SSJID) pipeline centered in the property.
