Technical Memorandum
Hartman King PC
13 March 2020
1883010.00
Page 4
Closing
Yj I Kennedy Jenks
Attorney Client Privilege/
Attorney Work Product
The oily drums at 15655 Mitchell Road property were removed from the Site by a licensed
contractor, transported and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
The extent of soil impacted with hydrocarbons relative to the US EPA RSLs ("high" carbon
fraction TPH, residential or industrial soil) was assessed by collecting and analyzing soil
samples in advance of excavation. Based on this data, soil in excess of the applicable RSLs
was removed and disposed in accordance with applicable regulations. The pit was backfilled
with commercially -available aggregate base material, and the excavation site was restored to its
pre -excavation elevation.
It is our opinion that the oily drums and soil have been properly remedied and no further action
pertaining to this issue is necessary.
Enclosure(s) (6)
Tables
Figures
Attachment A — Photographs
Attachment B — Laboratory Analytical Reports
Attachment C — Drum Disposal Documentation
Attachment D — Soil Disposal Documentation
piirv%20M1883010.00 hartrnan king - raymus matter115655 mitchell residence%tech memo%2019_12%components%200313_technical memorandum -15655 mitchell rd.docx © Kennedy Jenks Consultants, Inc.
