As a business no hazardous waste will be generated however in order to properly dispose of previous hazardous waste on site we applied for a permanent EPA number. Our EPA number is CAL000461036. 2. Violation 102: Submit a written statement, and disposal records, documenting how you managed the following wastes, which were observed at the time of inspection: a. An unlabeled bag of oily rags observed on top of the facility's used oil tank. Rags were placed in a bag and were properly disposed by Clean Earth San Joaquin County Facility. b. A 5 gallon container of Premium Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating observed on top of the facility's used oil tank. American Valley Waste Oil, Inc was contacted to properly disposed waste liquid/used oils found in the container. 3. Violations 110 and 113: Submit a written statement documenting if your business generated hazardous waste, including used oil and used antifreeze, in the last three years. The business does not generally generated hazardous waste on site. Previous waste found on site was properly disposed and receipt kept on file.
