Torres <br />101, 104, and 105: Submit a written statement documenting if your business will generate any hazardoul <br />waste on site, including used oil and used antifreeze, or not. If your business will generate any hazardous waste, your <br />business will t state EPA ID r}UUWjff&and post a comAete modified contingency J26 <br />facilit�r. <br />Victory Auto Sales will not generate any hazardous waste on site. All repairs will be completed at a local <br />mechanical shop. As a business no hazardous waste will be generated however in order to properly dispose of <br />previous hazardous waste on site we applied for a permanent EPA number. Our EPA number is <br />CAL000461036. <br />2. Violation 102: Submit a written statement, and disposal records, documenting how you managed the <br />following wastes, which were observed at the time of inspection: <br />a. An unlabeled bag of oily rags observed on top of the facility's used oil tank. <br />Rags were placed in a bag and were properly disposed by Clean Earth San Joaquin County Facility. <br />b. A 5 gallon container of Premium Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating observed on top of the facility's used oil <br />tank. <br />American Valley Waste Oil, Inc was contacted to properly disposed waste liquid/used oils found in the <br />container. <br />3. Violations 110 and 113: Submit a written statement documenting if your business generated hazardous <br />waste, including used oil and used antifreeze, in the last three years. <br />The business does not generally generated hazardous waste on site. Previous waste found on site was <br />properly disposed and receipt kept on file. <br />
