FOR REFERENCE ONLY BUSINESS CONFIDENTIAL Hazardous Waste Minimization ENV-702 Donation Recipient Requirements The following criteria must be met in regards to the nonprofit,charitable organization donation recipient: • The recipient must pick up the donation from the FedEx Ground station/hub. • Oncethe donation has left the FedEx Ground station/hub, it is the responsibility of the recipient to use the contents in accordance with its intended use and purpose. • The recipient cannot return any donations;however,they can return the salvage drum as long as it is not damaged or impacted by hazardous materials. Station/Hub Requirements Using and/or Accepting Donations No hazardous materials or LQ suitablefor donation areto be used by FedEx Ground station/hub personnel or its vendors. Accumulation Time Requirements The accumulation time for donated hazardous materials is limited to ninety(90)days.Any hazardous material or LQ identified for donation that cannot be donated within the ninety (90)day period must be properly evaluated for recycling or disposal.See Hazardous Waste Management,ENV-700,or Universal Waste,ENV-703,f or more information. Reportinq and Recordkeeping Donation Requirements 1. Properlyfill out the Hazardous Material Donation andReuse Distribution Acknowledgment of Receipt form,OP-978.The station/hub senior manager must sign this document.See OP-978 Instructions formore information. 2. If the donation is ammunition (HI and AK stations ONLY),obtain a copy of the law enforcement agency representative's identification and retain with the OP-978. 3. FedEx Ground must retain the original copy of the OP-978.Therecipient agency is to be provided a copy of the original. 4.
