All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Back hand sink is lacking paper towels. Fix plumbing issue today. <br />As per our PC, operator can use the 3 comp sink for her morning food preparation then they will sanitize the 3 comp sink to <br />be used for utensils manual washing till plumbing issue correction. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe many rodent droppings at the back storage room, underneath the storage shelves, underneath <br />the 2 D freezer. Provide the card within 30 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br />assigned duties.
