Store food items at least 6 in. above <br />the floor. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069 (b)) <br /> #32 Food Properly Labeled and Honestly Presented <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed unlabeled bags of corn flour, beans, corn, and rice on market shelves. Provide labels from <br />original packaging for the corn flour and the common name, weight, price, and the name and address of the facility it was <br />packaged in. Provide labels on each individual bag or at point of sale. Correct within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Any food is misbranded if its labeling is false or misleading, if it is offered for sale under the name of another <br />food, or if it is an imitation of another food for which a definition and standard of identity has been established by regulation. Food facilities <br />with 19 or more chains in the state shall disclose nutritional information. (114087, 114089, 114089.1(a, b), 114090, 114093.1, 114094) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed trash in floor sink for meat display. Clean today and maintain clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed gaps between exhaust filters in bakery exhaust hood. Install so that there are no gaps <br />between filters. Correct today. <br />Observed cardboard on shelves in bakery and market. Shelves must be cleanable. Remove cardboard today. <br />Observed debris on bottom of 2 dr True right display cooler in market. Clean today and maintain clean. <br />Observed excessive ice accumulation in Helados La Tapatia ice cream freezer. Clean within 1 week and repair as <br />necessary. <br />Observed debris on market and and meat walk-in shelves. Clean within 2 weeks and maintain clean. <br />Observed wooden stand with electronic scale on top in room outside restroom. Per employee that is where they packaged <br />the flour. Relocate flour packaging area to a food prep area such as the bakery and provide commercial grade counter top <br />for flour packaging so that it is cleanable. Correct within 1 month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). All utensils and equipment <br />shall be approved, installed properly, and meet applicable standards.
