HE TOOK A BITE AND SOMETHING JARRED HIS DENTURES LOOSE. HE SWALLOWED WHATEVER IT <br /> WAS. LATER THAT DAY BEGAN FEELING EXTREME STOMACH PAIN. NEXT DAY WAS ADMITTED TO UC DAVIS <br /> FOR EXAMINATION. ON SATURDAY,A RED PLASTIC TIE WAS EXTRACTED FROM HIS SMALL INTESTINE.AS OF <br /> TODAY, STILL IN HOSPITAL." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Asst. Manager is on duty and is not aware of the complaint.Asst. Mgr. states that she is not aware of a foreign object <br /> complaint being made to Customer Service. <br /> Upon inspection this date, the following red colored packaging "closures"are: a red colored plastic adhesive tape to close <br /> hamburger patty bags and a red colored plastic adhesive tape to close french fry paper boats. Hamburger bun bags and cup <br /> bags are pressure sealed.Whole uncut onions are in red plastic mesh bags,whole uncut potatoes are in purple plastic mesh <br /> bags. Other red and plastic items were found at:the soda syrup bag in a box,the lid and ring of the shake mix jugs, and the <br /> bristles of the deck brushes(not for food contact surfaces). <br /> Burger patties are pre-formed.
