Photographs of the Site are
attached to this report as Appendix 2. Live Oak inspected the structure area, as
well as the northern, southern, and western property lines; the remainder of the
property could be seen from these vantage points. The ground surface was not
always visible due to the presence of gravel and vegetation.
The Site consists of open pasture land with a building cluster near the center. A
house, a modular home, a horse barn, a hay/storage barn, an old barn, a garage,
a small shop, a covered round pen, and a domestic well were observed within
the building cluster area. A burn pile was noted on the east side of the hay barn.
Two wooded shade structures for horses were noted on the southern portion of
the Site. The remainder of the Site was open land with dry vegetation.
The adjacent properties to the north of the Site were rural residences and open
land; farther north was the Liberty Rural Fire District. To the west were
vineyards, open land, and rural residences. To the east were rural residences
and pasture land. To the south was a rural residence.
5.0 INTERVIEWS
5.1 Interview with Client
Tracy Clarke was interviewed during the site inspection on October 15, 2021.
Ms. Clarke indicated that she has owned the property since 1983, and that she
used it for horses and horse breeding until 2015.
LOGE 2152 3
