The Site was not labeled as a hazardous materials handler, but four facilities <br />within one-quarter mile were identified: <br />• LGS Well Pad 4/Well Pad 5, 8611 E. Jahant, discussed above. <br />• LGS Separator Site, 8588 E. Jahant, discussed above. <br />• Jim Saco, Jr., 23031 N. Bruella, discussed above. <br />• LGS Well Pad 6, 2300 N. Bruella, discussed above. <br />Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br />maps of Nitrate — Land Use Data and DBCP — Land Use Data dated February 20, <br />2019. According to the nitrate map (Plate 5), 18 wells within a one -mile radius of <br />the subject Site have been tested; nitrate was detected in 16 of the wells at <br />concentrations between 0.1 and 5.0 mg/L-N, and in two of the wells at <br />concentrations between 5.1 and 10.0 mg/L-N. A total of 17 wells within a one - <br />mile radius of the Site were tested for DBCP (Plate 6); DBCP was detected in <br />four of the wells at concentrations between 0.01 and 0.2 µg/L, in three of the <br />wells at concentrations over 0.2 ug/L, and was not detected in the other 10 <br />wells. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate is <br />10 mg/L-N; the MCL for DBCP is 0.2 [g/L. <br />7.3 Aaricultural Commissioner's Records <br />Live Oak contacted the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office <br />regarding agricultural use of the site. According to Hiromi Hernandez of that <br />office, the Site has been farmed with oats for fodder by Daryl Connor in the <br />recent past (correspondence, October 1, 2021). No agricultural chemical use <br />reports were identified (Appendix 5). <br />7.4 California Geologic Energy Management Division Records <br />The California Geologic Energy Management Division (CaIGEM) Well Finder <br />website was queried on October 15, 2021 for mapped oil or gas wells within one- <br />quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified on the subject Site. The <br />following 13 wells were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site (Plate 7): <br />• Lodi Gas Storage, LLC "LGU WD" 1 (API 0407720640), an active, water <br />disposal well, one-quarter mile west of the Site. <br />• Lodi Gas Storage, LLC "LGU WD" 2 (API 0407720656), an active, water <br />disposal well, one-quarter mile west of the Site. <br />• Lodi Gas Storage, LLC "LGU WD" 0-3 (API 0407720634), an active, <br />observation well, one-quarter mile west of the Site. <br />• Lodi Gas Storage, LLC "Loma" D-513 (API 0407720675), an active, gas <br />storage well, less than one-quarter mile northwest of the Site. <br />• Lodi Gas Storage, LLC "Loma" D-5 (API 0407720621), an active, gas <br />storage well, less than one-quarter mile northwest of the Site. <br />LOGE 2152 7 <br />
