• LGS Separator Site, 8588 E. Jahant, Hazardous Materials list, adjacent to <br />the west. According to records on file at the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department, 2002 and 2014 inspections identified <br />recordkeeping violations. 2005, 2009, and 2018 inspections did not <br />identify violations. Based on the information reviewed, no evidence of an <br />impact to the subject Site was identified. <br />• LGS Well Pad 4/Well Pad 5, 8611 E. Jahant, Hazardous Materials list, <br />adjacent to the northwest. Live Oak reviewed records on file at the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department for this facility. An <br />information sheet from 2014 states that "business has sub quantity <br />chemicals." An inspection report from 2014 identified a recordkeeping <br />violation. Methanol was listed as the chemical at the facility in 2014. <br />Inspections from 2018 and 2009 found no violations, while 2002 and 2005 <br />inspections found minor violations. Based on the information reviewed, no <br />evidence of an impact to the subject Site was identified. <br />• LGS Well Pad 6, 2300/23000 N. Bruella, Hazardous Materials list, <br />approximately 900 feet southeast of the subject Site. This property <br />appears to be a vineyard with a natural gas well. According to records <br />on file at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, <br />methanol is stored at this facility. Inspection reports on file indicated <br />recordkeeping violations only. Based on the information reviewed, no <br />evidence of an impact to the subject Site was identified. <br />• Liberty Rural Fire District, 24124 N. Bruella, Hazardous Materials, <br />Hazardous Waste Generators, Aboveground Storage Tanks, Complaints, <br />Underground Storage Tanks lists, approximately 300 feet north of the Site. <br />According to records on file at the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department, a 2,000 -gallon diesel tank, 110 gallons of oil, and 165 <br />gallons of used oil are maintained at this facility. It appears that two <br />1,000 -gallon underground storage tanks (one gasoline and one diesel) <br />were removed from the facility in 1987. Two 525 -gallon underground <br />storage tanks (one gasoline and one diesel) were removed in 2003; the <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department issued a "no <br />further action" letter. A complaint from 1995 stated that pressure wash <br />water and waste oil were "disposed in ditch behind station NE corner;" a <br />1996 site inspection "could not verify evidence of pressure used/waste oil <br />disposal." A hazardous materials inspection includes a map showing a <br />solvent storage area near the southeast corner of the facility. An <br />inspection from 2017 noted several recordkeeping and labeling violations. <br />The Fire District was permitted as a small quantity hazardous waste <br />generator facility from 1999 through 2014. Based on the information <br />reviewed, no evidence of an impact to the subject Site was identified. <br />Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on October 14, <br />2021 for the Site and nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories.
