<br />OBSERVATIONS: Hot water at the 3 compartment sink in the bakery is at 105F.
<br />Provide hot and cold water at this sink with hot water at a minimum of 120F.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Bagged ice that is bagged on site lacks proper labeling.
<br />Provide the name and the address of the facility and a statement that the ice is bagged at the facility.
