The Operations Manager has overall responsibility for the site's <br />operation and management. <br />Equipment Operators and General Laborers. The equipment operators operate a variety of <br />equipment including a grinder. trammel. turner. water truck . and loaders"., forld ift, water <br />truol<s, wood chipper, and conveyors. The equipment operators spread the incoming waste <br />loads out on the tipping floor, create the compost windrows and curing piles. perform load <br />checks, keep records of the quantity of material recovered, and perform general <br />maintenance around the site and with equipment. The general laborers manually sort the <br />incoming waste loads to inspect for prohibited wastes , segregate and handle (Le., bale) the <br />sorted materials, operate the wood grinder, and perform assigned maintenance duties (i.e., <br />litter/debris collection) around the RRF building and storage areas, and Compost Facility. <br />Administrati\'e and Office Personnel. The administrative and office personnel chec l( the <br />hauler's waste manifests, Iwep records of incom i ng haulers, and the volume of material <br />recovered , perform communications tasl(s, and ma inta i n the office. <br />Training. Staff training methods are described in detail in Section 3.2.2 of this RCSI. <br />3.3 Facility Equipment <br />3.3.1 Type, Capacity, and Number of Units <br />Describe ,facility equipment, incl-&ding type, capacitj ~ and number of units in accordance w#h <br />14 CC/?, Sect/on 1B227(g).
