Construction Plans <br />Submit construction and design plans for review and <br />approval. (see all Construction Specifications in <br />Section D, above and Section F of the SPRRs.) <br /> <br />90 days prior to <br />proposed construction <br />B. Construction Report <br />Submit a construction report for review and approval <br />upon completion demonstrating construction was in <br />accordance with approved construction plans (see <br />Standard Construction Specification F.27 in the <br />SPRRs). <br /> <br />60 days prior to <br />proposed discharge <br />C. Final Closure Plans <br />Submit a final or partial final closure and post-closure <br />maintenance plan, design plans, and CQA plan for <br />review and approval (see all Closure and Post- <br />Closure Specifications in Section E, above and <br />Section G of the SPRRs). <br /> <br />Two years prior to <br />closure <br />D. Unsaturated Zone Monitoring System <br />Submit a report that reviews the status of the <br />unsaturated zone monitoring system. The report <br />should document those monitoring points that need <br />repair or replacement, consider the need for <br />additional monitoring points and should establish a <br />time schedule to completely restore the monitoring <br />system. <br /> <br />1 June 2014 <br /> <br />E. Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plan <br />Submit a revised Closure and Postclosure <br />Maintenance Plan with closure stages dates.
