AND REPUBLIC SERVICES INC. <br />FORWARD CLASS II LANDFILL <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> <br /> <br /> Submit an updated and revised cost estimate for <br />initiating and completing corrective actions of all <br />known or reasonably foreseeable releases. The <br />revised cost estimates must consider the future costs <br />to cleanup groundwater north of the Austin Road unit <br />and other potential releases from the expanding <br />landfill footprint. <br />1 April 2014 <br /> <br /> <br />G. Cannery Waste Water Quality Protection <br />Standards Report <br /> Submit Water Quality Protection Standards for the <br />land application area. The Standards report should <br />evaluate the land application area detection <br />monitoring well system and propose changes as <br />needed. These standards and the report shall comply <br />with Title 27 Section 20390 and Monitoring and <br />Reporting Program No, R5-2014-0006. <br />1 September 2014 <br />H. Compost Facility Specification <br />Submit a report demonstrating that the compost area <br />features meet or exceed the relevant facility <br />specifications. <br /> <br />1 February 2015 <br />I. Surface Impoundments Operations and <br />Maintenance Plan <br />Submit a report describing how the Class II surface <br />impoundments will be operated and maintained to <br />ensure continuous compliance with this Order. <br />1 September 2014 <br />9. The Discharger shall comply with all General Provisions listed in Section K of the <br />SPRRs dated January 2012 which are part of this Order. <br />I, PAMELA C.
