7-2 <br />Forward Composting Facility SWT Engineering <br /> Report of Composting Site Information – July 2014 <br />z:\projects\allied waste\forward\resource recovery facility\5 yr permit rvw 2013-14\rcsi 2014\text\sec 7.doc <br />Records will be maintained at the RRF/Compost Facility office and are available upon <br />request. <br />7.6 Article 7 Test Result Records <br />All test results generated in compliance with 14 CCR, Chapter 3.1, Article 7, including but <br />not limited to, metal concentrations, fecal coliform and Salmonella sp. densities, <br />temperature measurements, moisture content of active compost, dates of windrow turning, <br />and pathogen reduction methods, as applicable to the facility, will be recorded and <br />maintained at the facility in accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17869(f). <br />7.7 Record of Serious Injuries <br />Records pertaining to any serious injury to the public occurring on-site and any complaint of <br />adverse health effects to the public attributed to compost operations will be maintained at <br />the facility in accordance to 14 CCR, Section 17869(g). Serious injury is one that requires <br />inpatient hospitalization for a period in excess of 24 hours or in which a member of the <br />public and/or site personnel suffers a loss of any member of the body or suffers any degree <br />of permanent disfigurement. <br />7.8 Training Records <br />The facility retains a record of training and instruction, which is completed in accordance <br />with 14 CCR, Section 17867.5. These records are maintained at the site as req uired by 14 <br />CCR, Section 17869(h). <br /> <br />
