S-81-2 <br />' --J <br /> -<' I-OF FOREST LAKE RANCHETTES #2 (c/o HAL LURTSEMA, GREAT WESTERN <br /> O�hEAL ESTATE) , COLLIERVILLE, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF <br /> 0o J CALIFORNIA <br /> 01F- <br /> 7I Z U <br /> do - - - - <br />(Z c _ <br /> WHEREAS, on October 2, 1980, the Planning Commission of <br /> z <br /> [z=`� <--the County of San Joaquin, State of California, by Resolution <br /> cn <br /> PC-81-23, did conditionally approve Subdivision Map No. S-81-2 <br /> of FOREST LAKE RANCHETTES #2 (c/o Hal Lurtsema, Great Western <br /> Real Estate) , for a 29 lot rural subdivision, on the northeast <br /> corner of Lower Sacramento Road and Forest Lake Road, Collierville, <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 14, 1980, this Board of Supervisors <br /> did set the date of November 13, 1980, at the hour of 11:05 a.m. <br /> for a public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 13, 1980, this Board did take said <br /> matter under submission to allow Board members to view the property <br /> and study the matter further and to allow Chance Wong to provide <br /> a drawing of one lot illustrating the drainage, well size and <br /> other factors mentioned at the Board meeting; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing <br /> was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary <br /> evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said <br /> matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Map No. S-81-2 of Forest Lake Ranchettes #2 <br /> be, and it hereby is, conditionally approved as follows: <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with <br /> the requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br /> P.G.&E. , P.T.&T. , and all other public utilities . The provisions <br /> of Sections 9-1731 and 9-1733 of Ordinance 2634 as amended shall <br /> apply. <br /> 3 . Plans for all improvements to be approved by <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Public works prior to considera- <br /> tion of the final subdivision map. <br />
