r <br /> 4. A drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> County requirements and to provide adequate drainage for the <br /> development . The acceptance or approval by the County of the <br /> drainage system doesnot relieve the developer (or his engineer) <br /> of the responsibility of providing adequate drainage system. <br /> 5. Water system or methods shall conform to the <br /> requirements of the Local Health District. <br /> 6. The minimum net lot area shall be 100, 00Dsq. ft . <br /> 7 . In lieu of conveyance of park land to the <br /> County, as prescribed in Section 18.01 of Ordinance 892, as amended, <br /> the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as <br /> defined in said section. <br /> 8. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in <br /> Section 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required . <br /> 9. The developers of this property shall dedicate <br /> the land necessary for the widening of Forest Lake Road and improve <br /> it to County standards. <br /> 10. The developer shall file a waste discharge report <br /> with the State regional Water Quality Control Board if required . <br /> 11. A plot plan shall be submitted with all applications <br /> for building permits indicating that lot and road drainage will <br /> be retained on the lot and not directed onto the County road . <br /> 12 . Sewage disposal methods shall conform to the <br /> Local Health District Ordinance No. 549. <br /> 13. Stoney Creek Drive shall be 32 ' of pavement on <br /> a 60 ' right of way with no drain ditches. <br /> 14. The developer shall dedicate a 20 ' strip of land on <br /> the east side of Lower Sacramento Road for drainage purposes. <br /> 15. A percolation test shall be required on Parcels <br /> 1, 4, 9, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26 and 29. <br /> 16. If improvements referred to herein are not <br /> completed prior to the approval of the final map, the subdivider shall <br /> execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the <br /> completion of improvements within one (1) year after filing the <br /> final map. <br />
