The monthly updates <br /> should be on County letterhead, signed by the responsible professional, and submitted directly <br /> to staff via email. The first quarter progress report shall be submitted by <br /> 15 October 2018 and every three months after until the flare is operational. <br /> Staff approves the Revised Work Plan and requests the Discharger provide staff with a <br /> minimum of a one-week notice prior to drilling activities.
