4. Grading <br />The existing top deck of Module 2A will be graded with 3% slope towards the <br />south to aid storm water runoff and minimize ponding. This task is an on-going <br />task as the refuse is placed. <br />5. Drainage <br />Soil drainage berms will be installed at the southern edge of Module 2A's top <br />deck to convey storm water runoff to the down drains (Figure 1). This task is <br />expected to be completed by mid-November weather permitting. <br />Down drains will be installed to convey the storm water into the existing <br />perimeter drainage ditches and retention pond. This task is expected to be <br />completed by mid-November weather permitting. <br />6.
