The mattress recycling at FSL is proposed to be moved to the flat area near the <br />existing residential house. The new location will provide more operational area for site <br />operations and unloading space for the customers. Signs to direct customers to the mattress <br />recycling location from the scale house will be posted. <br />FSL's JTD will be updated with the new mattress recycling location during the next permit <br />renewal.
