Micke Grove Rd <br />APN 059-140-57, SR0084526 <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Jasjit Kang, REHS, Director <br />Muniappa Naidu, REHS, Assistant Director <br />PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br />Robert McClellan, REHS <br />Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br />Willy Ng, REHS <br />Steven Shih, REHS <br />Michelle Henry, REHS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br />Loading (SSNL) Study Addendum, dated April 25, 2022 for the above noted location, and has the following <br />comments for your consideration. <br />The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater treatment <br />system (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater for the for the proposed <br />minor subdivision. The underlying project as described in the SSNL Addendum includes the following: <br />• Six (6) duplex Farm Labor Residential Dwelling units on two (2) five -acre lots, totaling of twelve <br />(12) duplex units. All of the units are to have two (2) bedrooms. <br />Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings: <br />1. Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for <br />standard commercial OWTS usage for future development on the proposed parcels, pursuant to San <br />Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d). <br />2. Applicant shall contact Robert McClellon, Program Coordinator, Small Public Water System Program, <br />at (209) 468-0332, to determine if the proposed onsite well can be permitted as a State Small Water <br />System prior to issuance of building permits. If it is determined that issuance of a State Small Water <br />system permit is required, a permit application to operate State Small Water System shall be submitted <br />to the EHD for approval prior to issuance of building permits. <br />3.
