Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95202
Attn: Steven Shih
Re: Addendum to Nitrate Loading Study
for 11250 Micke Grove Road
Dear Steven,
The original Nitrate Loading Study, submitted on November 23, 2021 and conditionally
approved on December 14, 2021 was prepared for 12 duplex units with 3 bedrooms
each.
The project has since been updated to 12 duplex units with 2 bedrooms each. The
waste loading was determined under the assumption of 100 gal/day for primary
bedrooms and 50 gal/day per additional bedroom, or 150 gal/day/unit. The total waste
loading for the site under these conditions would be 1800 gal/day.
Additionally, the net rainfall recharge was revised based on the most recent CIMIS
Linden rain gauge data and plant factors for the final site development conditions. All
stormwater is to be retained on-site and therefore the average runoff volume is
assumed to be zero.
Given the above criteria and new project conditions the Nitrate Loading was determined
to be 9.29 mg/L. See attached Nitrate Loading calculations.
Sin rely,
7
James Selke
JS/cg
Enc.
YADMDOM2020\2045\Nitrate Loading Study Addendum 042522.docx
