GINI PROPERTY
Page No. 4
resulting from the proposed parcel split of the subject property are well suited for the
construction of a typical on site sewage disposal system. r In areas where cemented soils
might be encountered, such as Parcel 2,the-use-of dry wells at the end of the leach lines
should be considered. The proposed system however, should be properly designed and
installed according to current San Joaquin County criteria.
It should be noted that the location of each of the percolation tests were chosen as
the most likely location for a disposal field. Although it is not anticipated that soil
conditions vary greatly over the subject project, if the actual location of a proposed disposal
field varies significantly from the test locations, the test data should not be considered
accurate of other locations.
Based on the depth to ground water in the area, and the size of the proposed parcels,
it is our opinion that the installation of the proposed septic systems, if properly installed,
should not adversely affect the quality of the ground water in the area.
VIII LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the
proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they
existed at the time we excavated our test pit and performed the percolation tests. It was
assumed that the test pit and percolation tests results are representative of the subsurface
conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions
proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This
warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and'
statements of professional opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or
implied.
s Very truly yours,
NEIL O.
