Conditions of Approval <br /> MS-92-0225 <br /> Page 2 <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the area <br /> is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on parcel #1 <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. (Ordinance Code Section <br /> 5-3003) <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcel #1 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) <br /> COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any <br /> claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its <br /> agents, or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning <br /> a subdivision, which action is brought within the time <br /> provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the Government Code. <br />
