Hazardous Waste Control Act Requirements <br />ww. Defendants shall determine if a generated waste is a "hazardous waste" as <br />311 required by California Code of Regulations, title 22, sections 66262.11 and 66260.200(c). <br />xx. Defendants shall handle hazardous waste in accordance with the <br />requirements of Health and Safety Code Chapter 6.5 and its implementing regulations in California <br />Code of Regulations, Title 22. <br />yy. Defendants shall not permit an employee to provide Iabor or services <br />relating to the handling, storage or disposal of hazardous waste unless the employee has received the <br />required hazardous waste and material training, and no more than one year has elapsed since the <br />10 employee was last trained as required by title 22, section 66265.16. <br />11 ZZ. Defendants shall maintain a "Training Roster" for each training identifying <br />12 the person providing the training, the location where the training was conducted, a listing the name <br />13 of each employee attending the training, the employee identification number for each employee <br />14 attending the training, the date of the training, and the employee's signature acknowledging <br />15 attendance at the training. <br />16 aaa. Defendants shad maintain a copy of the "Training Roster" evidencing each <br />17 employee's training at each Facility location where the employee provides any labor or services. Such <br />18 records may be maintained electronically. In the event that such records are not available during a <br />19 governmental inspection, Defendants shall provide such records to the inspector by the close of the <br />following business day. <br />2111 bbb. Defendants shall review the training records on a quarterly basis to ensure <br />each employee at the Facility has received the training required pursuant to title 22, section 66265.16 <br />2311 and that less than one year has elapsed since the employee last received the required training. <br />cec. Defendants shall maintain a copy of each Training Roster at each for a <br />period of three (3) years from the date of the training was conducted, regardless of the duration of the <br />2611 employee's employment. <br />2711 ddd. Defendants shall not store or accumulate hazardous waste at any of <br />Defendants' Facilities beyond the time limits permitted by California Code of Regulations, title 22, <br />Hassan & Sons, Inc., et al. [Proposed] Final Judgment and Permanent injunction <br />
