(San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) <br /> 3. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. Parcel 1 shall contain ten acres (Development Title Section 9-610.3(a)(3)). The parcel's <br /> size shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> b. The minimum width of Parcel 1 shall be 150 feet (Development Title Section 9-610.2). The <br /> parcel's width shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. The management of the site's native oak trees shall be consistent with Section 9-1505 of <br /> the Development Title. <br /> 4. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a.
