Construct an individual domestic water well on both parcels under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) <br /> 3. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. Parcel 1 shall contain ten acres (Development Title Section 9-610.3(a)(3)). The parcel's <br /> size shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> b. The minimum width of Parcel 1 shall be 150 feet (Development Title Section 9-610.2). The <br /> parcel's width shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. The management of the site's native oak trees shall be consistent with Section 9-1505 of <br /> the Development Title. <br /> 4. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> NOTE: On December 8, 1992, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> MS-92-224 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - MS-92-224 <br />
