n <br />U <br />1 Health and Safety Code, Division 20, Chapters 6.7); (b) the Hazardous Waste Control Law (California <br />2 Health and Safety Code, Division 20, Chapters 6.5); (c) the Hazardous Materials Release Response <br />3 Law (California Health and Safety Code, Division 20, Chapters 6.95); and (d) section 17200 et seq. <br />4 of the Business and Professions Code. I <br />a. "Facility" or "Facilities" mean the fueling stations listed in Exbibit A <br />within the State of CaIifomia that Defendants formerly or currently own or operate, and any fueling <br />stations Defendants or any respective successor corporation or assignee, own or operate subsequent <br />to the effective date of this Final Judgment. <br />INJUNCTION <br />1011 Applicability <br />till 3. The provisions of this injunction are applicable to Defendants, their successors and <br />assigns, their agents, representatives, officers, directors, managers, subsidiaries, and to all persons, <br />1311 employees, and corporations and other entities acting under, by, through or on behalf of, or in concert <br />14 with Defendants with actual or constructive knowledge of this Final Judgment, with regard to the <br />15 Facilities. <br />16 Compliance ivith Applicable Statutes, Regulations, and Permits <br />17 4. Pursuant to the provisions of Health and Safety Code sections 25299.01, 25299.04, <br />18 25181, 25184, 25515.6, 25515.8, and Business and Professions Code Section 17203, Defendants are <br />19 permanently enjoined and restrained from violating Chapters 6.7, 6.5 and 6.95 of Division 20 of the <br />Health and Safety Code. <br />2111 Specific Injunctive Provisions <br />5. Pursuant to the provisions of Health and Safety Code sections 25299.01, 25299.04, <br />2311 25181, 25184, 25515.6, 25515.8, and Business and Professions Code Section 17203, Defendants are <br />enjoined and restrained from failing to comply with any of the following legal requirements at any <br />2511 Facility Defendants own and/or operate: <br />26 Underground Storage Tank Requirements <br />27 a.
