The toilet paper was on top of the dispenser. Provide toilet paper in dispenser today. The employee restroom door latch was disconnected. Reconnect latch and provide self-closing door. Correct today. The employee restroom does not have a toilet paper dispenser. The toilet paper is on the shelf. Provide a toilet paper dispenser in employee restroom within 1 week. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Observed damaged/missing floor tiles in warewash area. Per owner this was due to plumbing work being done for building. Replace with approved floor tiles within 1 month. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed.
