Item No. 7
PC: 12-20-79
S-SO-4
Page 3
- The County Surveyor has received a Final Map which has been recorded.
Street improvements have been completed and inspected but the applicant
has not dedicated them to the County.
- The applicant proposes not to dedicate "Park Place. " Instead, "Park
Place" would become a private road. The applicant would install a
locked gate to limit access to residents.
- If this is permitted, some means of allowing access by police, fire,
mail, and other services must be provided.
- If approved, some agreement should be created whereby continued
maintenance of the road will be provided.
DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ACTION
- At its meeting of November 21, 1979, the Development Committee approved
the map subject to the previously approved conditions.
RECOMMENDATION AND FINDINGS
- Ratify the Negative Declaration and approve the project subject to
the conditions recommended by the Development Committee.
