All improvements shall conform with the Imprc:vement <br /> S'- .ndards and Specifications of the County of ^a � Jnagl -n. <br /> All improvement plans and specifications must be �,pprc• <br /> by the San Joaquin County Department of Public W-s:-s pr..or <br /> to approval of the Final Map. <br /> B . If improvements referred to herein are not completed > r5o:r- - o <br /> the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall exe—,te <br /> an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the <br /> completion of improvements within one (1) year after fi!. .nq <br /> the Final Map. <br /> C. Full street improvements in compliance with Section 9-1612 <br /> of Ordinance 2634 and with ordinance 672 shall be provi.drd <br /> within the project. Country Club Boulevard shall be fully <br /> improved on the subdivided side in compliance wi`h `-oun''y <br /> standards. Curbs, gutters and sidewalks shall be prov .ded <br /> throughout the subdivision. <br /> D . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay users fees for <br /> the utility services from the time the improvements are <br /> accepted by the County to the end of the Fiscal Year, or <br /> up to a one (1) year period, as the case may be. <br /> 2. Public sewer, water supply and storm water drainage systems <br /> shall be provided throughout the subdivision. <br /> A. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the county and to provide adequate drainage <br /> for the improvement (development) . The acceptance or <br /> approval by the County of the drainage system does not <br /> relieve the developer (or his engineer) of the responsibility <br /> of providing an adequate drainage system. <br /> B. A public water system shall be provided conforming to the <br /> requirements of the Local Health District and the Department <br /> of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate water <br /> supply and fire hydrants for fire protection in conformance <br /> with Section 9-1831 of Ordinance 2634 and the requirements <br /> of the County Fire Warden and the Country Club Fire District . <br />
