'o -low ng conditions: 1 . A . All improvements shall conform with the Imprc:vement S'- .ndards and Specifications of the County of ^a � Jnagl -n. All improvement plans and specifications must be �,pprc• by the San Joaquin County Department of Public W-s:-s pr..or to approval of the Final Map. B . If improvements referred to herein are not completed > r5o:r- - o the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall exe—,te an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the completion of improvements within one (1) year after fi!. .nq the Final Map. C. Full street improvements in compliance with Section 9-1612 of Ordinance 2634 and with ordinance 672 shall be provi.drd within the project. Country Club Boulevard shall be fully improved on the subdivided side in compliance wi`h `-oun''y standards. Curbs, gutters and sidewalks shall be prov .ded throughout the subdivision. D . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay users fees for the utility services from the time the improvements are accepted by the County to the end of the Fiscal Year, or up to a one (1) year period, as the case may be. 2. Public sewer, water supply and storm water drainage systems shall be provided throughout the subdivision. A. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the county and to provide adequate drainage for the improvement (development) . The acceptance or approval by the County of the drainage system does not relieve the developer (or his engineer) of the responsibility of providing an adequate drainage system. B. A public water system shall be provided conforming to the requirements of the Local Health District and the Department of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate water supply and fire hydrants for fire protection in conformance with Section 9-1831 of Ordinance 2634 and the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the Country Club Fire District .
