The public sewer system shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the Local <br /> Health District and the Department of Public Works . <br /> 3. Easements for utilities shall be as required by PO&E , <br /> PT&T and all other public utilities. The provisions <br /> of Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, re- <br /> quiring undergrounding of utilities shall apply. <br /> 4. in lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Chapter 11 of County Subdivision Ordinance <br /> as amended, the developer shall contribute fees as <br /> specified in said Section 9-1444 of Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> 5. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section 9-1507 <br /> of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 6. This map is approved for twenty-four (24) months. <br /> 7. The right-of-way over Amblers Lane shall be 24 ' wide and <br /> paved to County standards. <br /> 8. Fencing shall be provided on the west boundary. <br /> 9. The circle at the end of the right-of-way shall be posted <br /> as one-way. <br />
