S-80-13 OF CLIFTON LZr,Sa N Z jjWYNN (c/o Associated Engineers and Planners) , TO SUBDIVIDE Q SA 40.85 ACRE PARCEL INTO A 34 LOT INDUSTRIAL PARK, ON THE ►- � SOUTH SIDE OF LATHROP ROAD, 2000 ' WEST OF AIRPORT WAY, LATHROP, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, on August 7, 1980, the Planning Commission of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, by Resolution PC-81-3, did conditionally approve Subdivision Map No. 5-80-13 of CLIFTON WYNN (c/o Associated Engineers and Planners) , to subdivide a 40.85 acre parcel into a 34 lot industrial park, on the south side of Lathrop Road, 2000 ' west of Airport Way, Lathrop, County of San Joaquin, State of California; and WHEREAS, on August 19, 1980, this Board of Supervisors did set the date of September 18; 1980, at the hour of 10:20 a.m. for a public hearing on said matter; and WHEREAS, on this date, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the pre- mises, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Super- visors that Subdivision Map No. 5-80-13 of. CLIFTON WYNN be, and it hereby is, conditionally approved as follows : 1. All improvements shall conform with the requirement of the County of San Joaquin. 2 . Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Continental Telephone Company and all other utilities. 3.
