J <br /> 4. A terminal drainage system shall be provided. <br /> Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with . <br /> standards and requirements of the Department of Public Works <br /> prior to consideration of the Final Map. A three-way agree- <br /> ment between the developer, South San Joaquin Irrigation <br /> District and the County shall be required . <br /> 5;1 A public water system shall be provided conforming <br /> to the requirements of the Local Health District and the <br /> Department of Public Works . The system shall provide adequate <br /> water supply for fire hydrants for fire protection in conformance <br /> with Section 9-1381 .of Ordinance 2634 and the requirements of <br /> the County Fire Warden and the Manteca-Lathrop Fire District. <br /> 6. A County Service Area shall be formed, or the <br /> property be annexed to an existing district, prior to the filing <br /> of the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, <br /> and improvement of storm drainage systems, water systems and <br /> street lighting systems . <br /> 7. A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section <br /> 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> B. Full street improvements in compliance with <br /> Ordinance 672 shall be provided within the subdivision. <br /> Lathrop Road shall be fully improved on the subdivided side <br /> in compliance with County standards. Curbs and cutters shall <br /> be provided through the subdivision. <br /> 9. Water supply and storm water drainage systems shall <br /> be provided throughout the subdivision. <br /> 10. Access to Lathrop Road shall be restricted . A <br /> fence shall be constructed along said right of way as described <br /> in Section 9-1800 of Ordinance 2634. The subdivision map <br /> shall be revised accordingly. <br /> 11. This map is approved for one (1) year. <br /> 12 . Developer shall pay estimated amount of County <br /> operational costs to operate facilities such as, but not <br /> limited to, well, pumps and street lighting to go into district <br /> funds for operation of facilities up to one year. <br />
