The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) (Resolution <br /> R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> (c) All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> (d) The frontage improvements for Undine Road across Parcel <br /> 1 shall be constructed in conformance with the standards <br /> for one-half of a 60-foot right-or-way rural collector <br /> road. The construction of the frontage improvements will <br /> be deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with <br /> a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction <br /> costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $250. 00 <br /> fee currently is required for processing per Development <br /> Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to a copy of the Grant <br /> Deed, legal description of Parcel 1 and an estimate. The <br /> estimate and legal description shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing <br /> on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department <br /> and submitted to the Public Works Department for <br /> approval. As an option the Department of Public Works <br /> will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional <br /> fee of $100. 00. ) (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> (e) Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any <br /> public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207 and <br /> San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, & F-lc prior to <br /> issuance of the building permit. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1145.5) <br /> (f) Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br />
