PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> (a) A soil suitability study as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105. 2 (d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> shall be performed prior to approval of the Parcel Map <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. <br /> (b) Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> parcel #2 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> (c) Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> parcel #2 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> (d) The existing private water wells shall be tested for <br /> nitrates prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Samples <br /> are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> (Development Title section 9-1115. 7) <br /> (e) If the new residence has more bedrooms than the residence <br /> that burned down, the septic system shall require an <br /> additional and/or repair under permit and inspection of <br /> the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 4 . COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> (a) Pursuant to Section 66474 .9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
