The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 20 feet NGVD. <br /> Canal Boulevard has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915. 2) <br /> 2 . Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on <br /> Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application.
