Sony it has taken me so long to get this to you. Attached is a sheet I use <br />to check for records. The list is taken directly from CCR Title 27 §20510 and §20515. <br />Records of personnel training §20610 and Special Waste training §20870 needs to be <br />included in the facility's records. My recommendation to you is to send out this list to <br />all the operators, Jaime Perez and the gentleman who was on vacation from Public <br />Works. I would encourage you to remind them that the records should be easily <br />accessible. Having thorough training records provides them documentation should an <br />accident occur at a facility. Also Title 14 CCR § 17408.7, § 17409.5, § 17410.3 and <br />§ 17414 outline the required training and records that for transfer operations.
