PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> (a) A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of the Parcel Map <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. (San Joaquin County Planning Title Section <br /> 10100) <br /> (b) For parcels 1 and 2 construct an individual sewage <br /> disposal system(s) on parcel #2 under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> (c) For parcels 1 and 2 construction of an individual <br /> domestic water well on parcel #2 under a well permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> 4 . COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> (a) Pursuant to section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless <br /> the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees <br /> from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local <br /> agency or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, <br /> set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local <br /> agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative <br /> body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought <br /> within the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
