SAN 'd DAQ II II Environmental Health Department
COUNT
Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report
Facility Name: Facility Address: Date:
YOSEMITE FOODS 4221 E MARIPOSA RD, STOCKTON December 17, 2021
5- Observed three empty 55 gallons drums of waste oil onsite. According to Greg Schoemann, the facility rarely
generates waste oil. If the facility stored 55 gallons or more of waste oil, report it to CERS.
6- List the complete chemical name/common name within the chemical form ( ex.. "10023" should be listed as
"Chemstation 10023").
B-Observed full and partially full secondary containments used for the Chemstation chemicals . The hydraulic oil
tank secondary containment located outside by the CO2 tanks contains contaminated water. Make a Hazardous
Waste determination for the liquid inside the secondary containments. Empty and probably manage the liquid
inside the secondary containments. Ensure all the secondary containments have sufficient capacity to contain
any liquid spill.
General Notes:
To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead
of having them sign.
Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an
appointment, please call (209)468-3420.
Documents emailed/provided to the facility : Initial Checklist, Official Inspection Report, Return To Compliance
Certification & Corrective Action Statement Form, inspection photos, Site Map Guidelines, and list of free CUPA
classes
AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING
THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE.
THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
Received by: Date: December 20, 2021 Inspector: Inspector Phone:
Printed Name and Title: HAZA SAEED, Lead Senior REHS (209)953-6212
Emailed Eloy Lombrana, Purchasing Manager
FA0025745 PR0545300 SCO01 12/17/2021
EHD 19-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 7 of 7 Hazardous Materials Program OIR
1868 E.
