18201 W Grant Line Road Project No. 2021-00083 Page 15 <br />3.1.1 Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />Petralogix reviewed the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) <br />Geotracker website2. The Geotracker website is a database system used by the State Board, regional <br />boards, and local agencies to track and archive compliance data from authorized or unauthorized <br />released of hazardous substances from underground storage tanks, cleanup program sites, military <br />sites, land disposal sites, permitted underground storage tank facilities, waste discharge requirement <br />sites and agricultural waivers programs sites. The subject property was not listed on any of these <br />databases, and no addresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on the <br />databases. The Shell Mountain House Pipeline (SL0607772408) is listed as a clean-up program site <br />with status closed approximately 1230 feet northwest of the subject property; this is not considered <br />an environmental concern for the site. <br />3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) was contacted to determine <br />whether any records were on file at that agency material to surface or subsurface contamination in <br />connection with the subject property address 18201 W Grant Line Road, Mountain House, California. <br />According to EHD, the only records on file pertaining to the subject property are soil boring permits <br />WP0038497 and WP0038087 dated June 29, 2018 and March 23, 2018, respectively. Permits <br />indicate soil borings were performed for geotechnical investigations relating to proposed <br />commercial development at the site. <br />Copies of the EHD Complaint Forms are provided in Appendix E of this report. <br />3.1.2 San Joaquin County Community Development Department <br />The San Joaquin County Community Development Department online website3 was reviewed on <br />October 25, 20_21 to determine whether any records were on file at the agency material to surface or <br />subsurface contamination in connection with the subject property. Numerous permits related to <br />construction permits for a proposed gas station and associated buildings were on file, initiated <br />February 1, 2021. One permit for a temporary sales coach for Meritage Homes was on file <br />(BP -1701616) dated May 24, 2017. No permits were on file pertaining to any likely surface or <br />subsurface contamination at the site. <br />3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br />The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office4 was contacted regarding use of <br />agricultural chemicals on the subject property.
