November 9, 2021 <br />SURFACE AND SUBSURFACE CONTAMINATION REPORT <br />18201 W GRANT LINE ROAD <br />MOUNTAIN HOUSE, CALIFORNIA <br />1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />Petralogix Engineering, Inc. has been retained by Raja Chandi Group to conduct a Surface and <br />Subsurface Contamination Investigation Report for the property located at 18201 W Grant Line Road, <br />Mountain House, San Joaquin County, California. The site assessor parcel number (APN) <br />209-450-35. <br />This report has been prepared to meet the requirements of the San Joaquin County Development <br />Title, §9-905.12, as follows: <br />A surface and subsurface contamination report shall be required at the time of the <br />tentative map submittal. The surface and subsurface contamination report shall be <br />prepared by a qualified environmental professional and shall identify any potential <br />source ofsurface or subsurface contamination caused by pastor current land uses. The <br />report shall include evaluation of nonpoint source of hazardous materials, including <br />agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage <br />tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. <br />The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the extent feasible <br />and based on the search methods described in the text, sources of surface or subsurface <br />contamination caused by past or current land uses to the subject property. This report shall include <br />evaluation of nonpoint source of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as <br />well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, or chemical storage areas. The report also <br />provides recommendations intended to inform the client and allow the EHD to make an informed <br />decision on whether further action should be required to address any potential contamination <br />sources identified. This report contains information and data provided to Petralogix by several <br />sources Petralogix in no way warrants the accuracy or completeness of the information provided to <br />this investigation by those sources. <br />This report has been formatted to correspond with the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report <br />Requirement Checklist of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) dated <br />September 24, 2007. Per EHD policy, this report may be used for six months from its date of <br />completion. <br />This report was prepared for the exclusive use of Raja Chandi Group, Inc. and the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD) for the processing of a tentative map at San Joaquin County. <br />This report is not equivalent to a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and does not meet ASTM <br />E1527-00 or ASTM E1527-05.
