Thank <br />you also, for allowing me to send this letter to confirm the content of that conversation. <br />As you explained, the PSD requirements do not apply to the Foothill Sanitary Landfill LFG <br />system because our present, uncontrolled emissions are less than 100 tons per year. <br />If you have any questions or concerns, please call me at (209) 468-8504. <br />Sincerely, <br />W.
