According to Title 27,Calif is Code of <br /> Regulations(CCR),section 22225,San Joaquin County is required to submit to the CIWMB,on or before <br /> each anniversary date,the anrival capacity filled and remaining facility capacity for each twelve-month <br /> deposit calculation. Our records indicate the anniversary of the establishment of the closure ftmd for the <br /> Foothill Sanitary Landfill and the North CountySanitary fill is September 1990. <br /> The latest record received of the balance of the funds is from 2001.In support of the latest balance <br /> information,the latest record of capacity utilized only supports the annual deposit calculation for the 2040 <br /> deposit to the fund.To complete the review of the adequacy of the ' d balances,please submit the <br /> annual capacity filled and remaining facility capacity for each twelve-month deposit calculation from <br /> September 2000 through the end of August 2004.The annual capacity filled and remaining facility <br /> capacity inforination is required by 27 CCR section 22225 to be submitted annually on or before the <br /> September 25 Fund anniversary date with the current fund balance information. FAS staff use this <br /> information to evaluate your data and confirm the minimum required balance. <br /> The establishment of the postclosure maintenance ftd for the Corral Hollow Sanitary ll is also <br /> September 1990.According to 27 CCR,section 22234, San Joaquin County is required to submit a <br /> written request for any release of monics from any Enterprise Fund.Please be aware t,unlike the <br /> Pledge of Revenue Agreement(Pledge),the operator,and the Auditor-Controller are under obligation to <br /> wait for CIWMB approval before accessing monics from the Funds. As San Joaquin County is utilizing <br /> the Pledge for the other County facilities,it may be possible to amend the postclosure maintenance <br /> demonstration for Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill ftm an Enterprise Fund to a Pledge.
