The facility is used predominately to serve the Lovelace Transfer Station and the <br /> Tracy Material and Transfer Station,which comprises approximately 90 percent of the landfill's waste stream. The other 10 <br /> percent is made up of self-haul public waste. The land surrounding the facility is rangeland. <br /> In March of 2004,the operator began disposing of waste in the new waste management unit. <br /> PREVIOUS CIWMB INSPECTION RESULTS: <br /> The previous State inspection of this facility was conducted on February 18,2004. The inspection identified no violations of <br /> Public Resources Code,Division 30,Part 4,Chapter 3. There was one area of concern for Litter Control of Title 27, <br /> California Code of Regulations,Consolidated Regulations for Treatment,Storage,Processing,or Disposal of Solid Waste. <br /> VIOLATIONS: <br /> A. The inspection identified no violations of Division 30,Public Resources Code,Division 30,Part 4,Chapter 3. <br /> B.
