AREA REGULATIONS. <br />(a) The minimum net lot area shall be as follows: <br />(1) Sixty-five thousand (65,000) square feet and shall be <br />designated as rural residential 65 (RR -65); <br />(2) One hundred thousand (100,000) square feet and shall <br />be designated as rural residential 100 (RR -100); <br />(3) Two hundred thousand (200,000) square feet and shall <br />be designated as rural residential 200 (RR -200); <br />(b) Excepting the remainder of the parcel from which lots are <br />divided, the maximum lot which may be created in the <br />RR -65, RR -100 or RR -200 zones shall be one hundred and <br />fifty percent (1508) of the minimum lot area. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 2335, 2450, 3281. <br />SECTION 9-5005. WIDTH REGULATIONS. <br />(a) The minimum lot width shall be as follows: <br />(1) In the RR -65 zone, the minimum lot width shall be one <br />hundred fifty (150) feet; <br />(2) In the RR -100 zone, the minimum lot width shall be <br />two hundred (200) feet; <br />(3) In the RR -200 zone, the minimum lot width shall be <br />three hundred (300) feet; <br />(4) Lots whose side lot lines are radial, or approxi- <br />mately radial, to the turnaround on a cul-de-sac, shall <br />have a minimum lot width of one hundred (100) feet; <br />(b) The minimum lot width shall be measured along the front <br />building setback line. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 2335, 2450. <br />SECTION 9-5006. SIDE YARD REGULATIONS. The minimum side <br />yard for any main building shall be twenty (20) feet, and for <br />lots legally created prior to the adoption of the ordinance <br />codified in Divisions 3 through 8 of this Title, which have a <br />frontage of less than one hundred and fifty (150) feet, the side <br />yard shall be ten percent (10%) of the width with a minimum <br />5.3 (Revised 11/5/86) <br />13.2-15 <br />
